Hotel & Restauracja Antonińska holds a Hygienic Safe Venue certificate.
What does it mean?
Certificate can be used only by venues that provide their services in accordance with the current guidelines of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate set for restaurants and hotels, and in accordance with the current guidelines for organizing weddings, parties and conferences and operation of massage parlours and saunas.
Below you can find all the special procedures implemented in our venue to minimise the risk of infection.
Starting from 4th of May 2020 our Hotel is ready to accept guests. In the interest of Your health we have implemented procedures that make our venue a safe place.
WHAT CHANGES ARE GOING TO BE IMPLEMENTED AND WHAT ARE THE NEW SAFETY PROCEDURES ?
We are opening additional dining rooms that are going to serve as a restaurant.
An asset of our venue is a spacious restaurant, summer rooftop terrace and conference halls. This allows us to create a spacious usable area in which the distance between guests is going to be fully safe.
We implemented the option of serving meals. So that everyone feels safe, for the time being we decided to resign from the buffet and instead we are going to serve meals to the tables.
We reduced the number of accepted guests.
In accordance with the current guidelines the maximum number of guests in our venue can be equal to the doubled number of rooms available at the hotel. We encourage you to book your stay earlier as the number of available places is currently limited.
We cut short the registration procedures and only a safe number of people can stay at the reception.
We implemented an option to fill in the hotel guest card by distance and the option to return back the filled in documents by email. The only step left to do during check in will be a signature on the guest card.
New rules for Wellness & Spa area.
Wellness & Spa area is available for guests that are accommodated together and for individual guests. In the Wellness & Spa area disinfectants are available for your use. We also implemented a systematic disinfection of the premises.
Room cleaning service at Guest’s will.
We implemented a rule that the rooms are being cleaned only at guest’s will. After the check-out each room is additionally disinfected with the use of professional disinfectants.
We adjust the conference halls so a safe distance can be preserved.
In our conference halls we respect the rule of maximum number of people allowed in one hall. The conference catering is being prepared with respect of all safety procedures. The disinfectants are also available for your use.
Above-standard disinfection.
In accordance with the current guidelines we implemented specialized disinfection procedures of the restaurant, conference halls, rooms and all surfaces exposed to frequent contact by people. Additionally in all common areas there are hand sanitizers available. We also make them and protective masks available for purchase at the reception.
